I think a wedding system could be really useful for towns with a few rebirths. When you set a rebirth marker you usually respawn as an eve, even if there are fertile women around. If you as a non related eve could marry into the family currently living there, you and your children could gain access to their family tree. It could be kinda like the murder system where you can see the family tree of the murderer, but with ring icons and less blood.
