Bow and arrow problem

I made a bow and arrow to hunt, and i clouldnt figure out how to grab both. I try swiping up, down, to the sides, cliking on it. I try everything i hade in mind and nothing worked out. At the end i left it on the floor.

Is there any trick for this action, or it is just a glish?

Take bow by swiping down
Take arrow by swiping down while the bow is in your hand

It’s done through the usual use gesture. Once you have picked up the bow, do a touch-and-drag motion starting anywhere and ending on the arrow.

It’s the same as when you craft something from two objects.
