Thanks for reporting it. There seems to be a problem with the server that is routing all private server requests. We are working on it now. Unless it’s a complicated error, we should have it back and running again quickly.
There is a hardware malfunction at the cloud computing supplier and the main server for the private server service is not responsive. We are waiting for technical support at the provider.

Our services were not the only ones affected by the issue yesterday, it seems. The whole Tokyo data center seems to have been affected. Here is one example:
I’m glad we didn’t wait for AWS to fix it, but moved the service to another data center as quickly as we could. Seems to have been a good decision.
