For some reason, you can’t see the compass when spectating another player. I think this would be a meaningful addition because then you could know relatively where a player is and where they are going.

i thought about that before. and i think griefer could use that too much for stealing stuff. like if you go to your base, they find out where it is. not sure if it helps griefers more than regular players.
which benefit do you see in having the compass of your family visible?

Huh I guess your right about griefers. Specifically, I want a compass because a lot of times I spectate on my family, they’re in the middle of the wilderness and I see a resource I want or they die, so if I come back in the family I want to go back to the same spot. I also agree with the grieving, but I have done counter grieving with spectating before as well, but I guess that would be harder because you don’t always know who the griefer is.
