yeah thats disabled 
edit living to 60 to get a respawn only works, if you are alone on the server, and in the next life there is no fertile women.
Why?
After the home marker update respawning should require getting buried, but somehow US-beginner 2 had the wrong settings was removed.
You can still use the bury function (you need to at least live 10 minutes) to get back
