there is nothing happening with curved branches when you use a sharp stone on it a 2nd time.
so i thought it would be nice to have the option for stakes from curved branches, now that we need more stakes for making gravel path for rails.

very good idea. the need of stakes is sometimes huge.
you need them also when building water spaces.
and when you need to remove your trail way,it not gives you back the stakes. so you need even more
