OK so I have a question if I place a peach lily in a different server, will that affect my peach lily in the server I am currently playing in?
No. You get one active peace lily in each server.
Also, I thought I would point out…they are PEACE lilies, not “peach” lilies! 
There is a thread title with a typo in it, and now it seems everyone thinks the lilies are all about fruit and not peace!

Haha, no worries! I mean, a lily that smelled like peaches would be awesome.
The name comes from their other function…you can grow a large peace lily in your town that will prevent player killing in a large (100 squares??) radius around where it is planted. Hence, Peace Lily.
But you can call them peach lilies in your head all you want!!
