I’ve been having a lot of problems with the home marker. The bell glitch that rewrites your marker is still happening, but beyond that, if you get disconnected for a moment the game says you died and removes your marker, even though your character is still alive.
It also uses up one of your lives… but that’s a whole other problem. Are there going to be fixes for this soon?
