How to build a track cart

I been trying to figure out the recipe for track cart but I just can’t, the book is confusing can someone tell me here

Yah the minecarts were annoying to craft and never had much of a use before so i always ignored it.

for a track cart you need a wooden board, 4 wooden wheels and 1 steel spring. put the wheels on the board, add the spring and swipe up the whole thing. place it on railtracks.
