Ever since the new update i havent been able to view any family trees.

Is this a life played before the update? If so, try it some time later, like tomorrow. We changed the server address of the lineage database. For this update to populate through the world some time may be needed.

We have had US-3 offline part of the day, to try to pin down the recent lag problems. If your game was played there, then the database may have been inaccessible.
Once we have the lag sorted out, we can have time to look closer into this issue.
