It’s steamed and salted pork meat with the pickled cabbage which we already have and mashed potatoes.
I think we could make it like this : Take rare pork meat and add salt. Then put the salted pork meat on a stick and use it with hot coal or put it in a bowl and use it with hot coal like making carnitas.
Make mashed potatoes with milk and potatoes in a pot and use a stomper. Then cook the pot to get mashed potatoes. After having everything ready put them together on a plate to have a full meal.
