I saw in the desert an character dressed like santa claus but i havent much time left to observe him better because i waz an abandoned baby. :o
It was either a Santa NPC left over from the Christmas event or someone dressed up in a full Santa costume

Don’t update your app to get santa present. I upgraded mine already so i didn’t met any santa. But i ever born from eve and she got hella lot presents from santa.
