We really need a use for skim milk apart from drinking it. Every cake leaves 3 buckets of the stuff as a byproduct and it takes forever to drink it all. not to mention the existence of buttered bread and blueberries and cream. If we could just use skim milk for porridge it would solve this problem so we can use cream without tying up all the buckets.
I literally don’t understand why we use gruel for baby bottles when we literally have milk
