Wow. If the part about punching the Japanese kid is true btw they seriously need help. 
Cultural conflicts are the worst. There is much worse out there on the vast internet. Provoking the troll usually doesn’t help the situation.
As for the comments themselves, the best thing you can do is to report them and move on. Giving them public attention will only feed them.
