Please consider implementing an account system and blocking them permanently.
Currently, there are players who are banned and go to Donkey Town, but reset everything by downloading the app again, and repeat the malicious act over and over again.
The presence of such players has a huge impact on the existing players and can eventually lead to the demise of the game. I have seen many sad players quit the game.
I feel that this kind of malicious behavior can be prevented by implementing an account system using email addresses and phone numbers, and at the same time, by implementing a permanent blocking feature.
