There will be toxic people everywhere you go. It is largely unavoidable, but you can definitely try and attempt to ignore them.

When you ignore toxic behavior it enables the behavior to grow, I’ve learned sometimes calling them out and holding them accountable is the best way to end the cycle. Although we still gotta remember people who hurt others are probably hurt by someone to begin with, and are taking that out on others. But that does not mean we can excuse their behavior.
