Off. Next time you have to be be more careful. Unmoved sheep after sheer could be used to maintain them incase the sheep pen were broken. So you could immobilized them by sheering them while you trying to fix the broken sheep.
I like that they don’t move until you grab the shorn wool:) just figured it was a glitch that you cannot move away from them if holding something, like in this scenario…
